Meet the Artist
Hi! I’m Joscelyn. I grew up here in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. For the past four years, I’ve been a balloon decor artist in the Central Valley. I’m an elected board member to the Amador County Arts Council since 2021, and I currently serve as the Secretary. I graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in French and Art History. With the professional connections I’ve made through my studies, community service, and work experiences, I have the capability to bring curated art and art experiences to those that seek them.
